PROJECT SCOPE:
ILZIMCC crushing & grinding plant manufactured with the aim of providing a lead and zinc micronized powder for the customers. This factory includes crushing plant - dryer – grinding – storage and packaging machinery. Input bin consist a wide range of mineral soils up to 30 cm and aggregation with the humidity approximately 20%. It can made grind ability with constant size up to 100 micron .Storage silo’s capacity is up to 300 cubic meter of micronized powder.
Designed plant capacity for ILZIMCC is 300,000 tons per year, and low energy consumption is unique features of design in contrast by other similar plants. All of eco-friendly parameters has been considered in this project according by HSE instructions.
