Granulizing is inseparable part of tiles and ceramic industries and making granulizing plant with high level quality was the main reason to make granulizing plant to use product in next ceramic, tile or other industries.
The SETABRAN grinding Project was a showcase for GSZ’s capabilities beyond mineral processing and specially in grinding plants. GSZ designed all the services and infrastructure to support the expanded mining fleet, projected to become one of the largest on the country.
Flotation, which is referred to flotation beneficiation, is a sorting methods based on the different physical and chemical properties of the surface of mineral particles, according to the differences of mineral floatability. Pre-concentration of material before last process is a main principle to reduce operating costs and additive usage.
Magnetic separators exploit the difference in magnetic properties between the ore minerals and are used to separate either valuable minerals from non-magnetic gangue, e.g. magnetite from quartz, or magnetic contaminants or other valuable minerals from the non-magnetic values.
Due to the base metal projects development (in particular zinc), the potential benefits of increasing the plant throughput by pre-concentration using dense medium separation (DMS) are becoming increasingly evident.
ILZIMCC crushing & grinding plant manufactured with the aim of providing a lead and zinc micronized powder for the customers. This factory includes crushing plant - dryer – grinding – storage and packaging machinery.
ILZIMCC has stablished to process 250,000 ton material per year, GSZ’s team carried out a complete range of primary study like mineralogical study, and flotation tests to determine ability of mineral to recovery lead and zinc sulfide and oxide ore by cumulative or diffractive methods in lab and pilot scale.
